We are not responsible for typographical errors found within the site and orders are subject to acceptance and availability. TECHLINE ACCEPTS PURCHASE ORDERS. For orders purchased by purchase order: All orders received marked for payment by purchase order will not ship until the purchase order is received. You may either mail or fax us the purchase order. Terms will be NET 30 from date of invoice on approved credit. No shipment will be made to accounts with invoices past 45 days old. Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past due invoices. The customer will be responsible for legal and collection fees in the event of non-payment. In consideration of TechLine granting credit, the customer consents to jurisdiction of Maryland courts for disputes. For orders purchased by credit card: All orders purchased by credit card will initially be authorized only for the entire amount. This authorization will remain on your credit card until it has been converted into a sale or for 7-10 business days. Your credit card will be billed when the product ships. Unless shipping to a school, Techline will only ship to the verified billing address for the credit card used to place the order. Credit cards that can not be verified by Address Verification Services ( AVS ) will not be accepted. This typically applies to credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States or if the billing address is outside the United States. If this is the case, TechLine cannot accept the credit card and it will be rejected either by the website or by a salesperson. Unless shipping to a school, TechLine will only ship to the verified billing address for the credit card used to place the order. For orders purchased by check or money order: All orders received marked for payment by check or money order will not ship until the payment is received. There will be a $25.00 service charge assessed on all return checks. Dishonored or bad checks will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law of your state's criminal code.
